This page serves as a reference for our League's Coaches and Team Moms. While our families are welcome to read these messages and look over the resources, please refer to the information that is given out by your Head Coach or Team Mom. They will have the latest and most recent,  up-to-date information directly from the Board.

Coaches and Team Moms, please review this information as it may have additional explanations for events and goings-on with the league.  Questions and concerns should be directed to a Board Member who will work to help you! We appreciate you helping us at the team level-this would not work without you!

RubberDucks (Saturday, June 3rd/DUE May 30th):

We are still providing the opportunity to go to a RubberDucks Game., this year it will be a Friday and we will get to see FiReWoRkS!!!

Each player gets their ticket purchased by the league, but they have to be accompanied by an adult who purchases a ticket at the discounted price of $10. This event is open to anyone!!!! Tell your parents to not limit it to their household; invite co-workers, neighbors, friends. It’s a $10 game and Fireworks! Just have them keep a tally for their player on the back of the order form and put the final numbers on the front! Collect all money at the time the order is placed. We will get the tickets out on gameday at a meet time we will set up prior to the date. That info is to come. The RubberDucks want us to give them our totals first.  There is a deadline of May 30th.

Lucky Lotto

Lucky Lotto for the Month of June 2023

Lucky Lotto (DUE May 31st): Please, while we handed out these tickets without a finite due date, let’s set the limit to the tickets out floating around to May 31st. If you collect them early, we will collect them! If you cannot sell all of the tickets, get those in ASAP so we can redistribute them to those who have asked for more! Money and stubs need to be turned in to a Board Member prior to JUNE 1st for the winning ticket to be awarded.

Remember, for a $5 3-digit ticket, there are 26 chances to win with the evening Ohio Lottery drawings. Winnings are paid out at $25 for a match on Monday-Friday, $50 for a match on Saturday Nights.

Monte Carlo

June 9th, 7pm-11PM

Monte Carlo (Stubs and Money DUE May 31st):

Each team is given tickets to sell. Try to sell what is in your packets. Use the ticket chart on the front of the envelope to account for all tickets going out! THE TICKETS ARE $20.00. We will have food, a beer truck, raffle baskets, 50/50, and gambling games! If you know someone who likes to deal cards-invite them!!! (They do exist!)
You need 2 volunteers for this event to cover 1hr of time helping at the event. The schedule is in your packets.  This year we offer to each team's volunteers tickets to Monte Carlo at half price-so they will pay $10 for volunteering one of the hours. We hope this encourages people to step up!
Presale tickets also get the attendee a ticket for one of the raffle baskets and are entered for a door prize!

Trunk-or-Treat 2023

Trunk-or-Treat is our year-end, family-friendly Community Event at Richville Park. This 2nd annual event will be held on October 14th 3-5pm.

We encourage teams to participate by entering a themed-based vehicle to pass out candy/assorted treats to community trick-or-treaters!  The children who attend the event are then allowed to vote for their favorite display.  The winning team car will win $100 for their team funds!

Other Community Organizations are welcome to come to participate and pass out treats!

Concessions will be available!
